"This is undoubtedly the GOAJ ( greatest of all jams!!) the sweetness of the strawberry is offset by the tart rhubarb and fresh vanilla bean gives it a lovely depth of flavour. It elevates simple home cooking into something quite posh! Delicious on toast but my favourite is to lather it on homemade scones and serve with an enormous dollop of whipped cream. Once you’ve tried this, you’ll never waste your time with supermarket jams again!"
