2013 Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut

This wine has its origins in the cool climate of Orange. The light cherry aroma is matched with a firm and bright palate showing complex cherry fruits, good length, and light tannin. While still young this wine shows great finesse and balance of fruit and oak and will continue to improve. A great match with duck or lamb. Perfect as an aperitif or served with oysters, smoked salmon, goats cheese, and sushi.
