Method

Blue Cheese & Roast Beef Toastie Method

  • Using a nice thick sourdough smear both sides liberally with the Myanbah Farm Peri Peri & Preserved Lemon Mayo
  • Add Blue Cheese, Roast Beef, and then ordinary grated cheese​
  • Grind with fresh pepper or your favorite herbs then put a top slice on the toastie​
  • Microwave for 20 seconds, rotate, and then microwave another 20 seconds, then fry in a frypan with plenty of butter or the Myanbah Chilli and Garlic Oil. You can do without the microwave but you will need to keep the frypan temperature very low to ensure the middle melts.​

Sweet Mustard Pickle & Roast Beef Toastie Method

  • Smear one slice of sourdough with the Sweet Mustard Pickle, and the other with the Blue Cheese Ranch.
  • Top one of them with Grated Cheese and then the Roast Beef.
  • Add another layer of grated cheese on top and then put the other slice of bread on top.
  • Microwave for 20 seconds, rotate, and then microwave for another 20 seconds, and fry in a frypan. You can do without the microwave but you will need to keep the frypan temperature very low to ensure the middle melts.
  • We love to add a few slices of fresh chilli into the toastie and fry it in the Myanbah Farm Chilli and Garlic Oil to spice the toastie up a bit.
