Greek Pork Yeeros Wraps Recipe with Macadamia Dukka & Sweet Potato Chips
  • Pork loin 500gms
  • 2 Tsp of paprika sweet
  • 1 Tbsp of kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 Tsp of cracked pepper
  • Garlic butter dip or Tzatziki dip
  • 250 gms sweet potato chips baked or pan fried
  • 1/4 Jar of Myanbah Farm Macadamia Dukka from
  • 8-10 choice of medium size wraps


  1. Coat pork loin with paprika, salt, oil and cracked pepper, bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 35-40 mins or until meat is tender
  2. Once meat is cooked , keep it aside for 15 minutes, using a sharp knife cut sleek pieces or strips of meat
  3. Warm up wraps in microwave for 15 seconds each
  4. Layer garlic butter or Tzatzik dip all over the wraps
  5. Add sweet potato chips and then desired amount of meat per wrap.
  6. To close the wrap there is no specific method, be creative. In this recipe wraps were closed off from the bottom then sides.
  7. Top up wraps with macadamia dukka and extra dip if you wish
  8. Enjoy!


  • To make healthier version of this wrap replace sweet potato chips with zucchini chips and lettuce
