Ingredients

Bloody Mary Cheese Burger
  • 25 gms of unsalted butter cubes (2 lots)
  • 2 Burger Buns
  • 2 Beef patties
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Pickled Beetroot sliced
  • 2 Cheese slices tasty cheddar
  • 1 Brown onion
  • 2 Tbsp @Myanbah Farm BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Pickled cucumbers sliced

 

To prepare Bloody Mary sauce, mix all ingredients below

Method

  1. Using a shallow fry pan, fry onions and turn the heat off once the onions are golden brown.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp of Finn’s Kitchen BBQ sauce and mix well, put aside.
  3. Cook meat patties using a large frying pan and butter, patties should be ready by shallow frying 2 mins each side on medium heat.
  4. In the last minute of patty cooking, put a cheese slice on top for it to melt.
  5. In the same pan toast burger buns halved on both sides.
  6. Put a patty loaded with cheese on the burger bun, then add all other ingredients and top with Bloody Mary sauce.
